Biography of Michael T. Reed
I was born on April 4, 1977 to a 17-year-old single mother. My birth was surrounded with complications because my mothers water broke at 5 months, but she still carried me full term. When born I had numerous birth defects, so many that the Doctors informed my mother that I wouldn’t survive 24 hours and to prepare for the worse.

God had other plans obviously. Before the age of two years old, I experienced over 10 major surgeries, majority of them on my fingers, which weren’t fully formed, so they had to be sculpted in order to maintain the individuality and movement of normal expenditures.
Growing up with such physical challenges made life quite difficult. I was forced to work twice as hard just to keep up. That alone caused me to focus on working harder just to fit in. it was through that determination that God allowed my gifts to start to manifest.

I found out that I had a natural gift of drawing, which thus fed my passion for creativity. I began to venture further into other areas of creativity. At age 12 I took up playing drums at my home church. Which in turn ignited my love for music. I began to play more and more, motivated by the naysayers assuming that I couldn’t play well due to my birth defect.

My hunger for mastering crafts grew, so I decided to attend college, in 2007 I graduated from Collins College with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation. It was during the time in college that the desire of painting and photography was born. As time grew the gifts became more polished, and in 2006 I started Trad3Mark Photography. Over the span of my life I have realized that without God I could of never accomplished any of this, and knowing that there is so much more ahead of me.

Everyday is a new beginning and a new opportunity to write a new legacy.
